What we collect
On the server: your Minecraft username and account identifier, your IP address, and gameplay data such as chat messages, commands, playtime, statistics and moderation history. This is standard Minecraft server logging and is needed to run the server and enforce the rules.
In the store: the Minecraft username you enter, the item bought, the amount paid and the order status. Card details are entered directly into our payment provider and are never seen or stored by EverForge Network.
On this website: basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working.
How we use it
To run the server, deliver purchases to the right account, provide support, prevent cheating and abuse, and keep records of transactions as required for accounting.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who it is shared with
Our payment provider handles payment processing and fraud checks. Our hosting providers store the server and website data. Discord is used for community and support, under Discord’s own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Gameplay and moderation logs are kept for as long as they are useful for running and moderating the server. Purchase records are kept for as long as required for financial record keeping.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Some records, such as purchase history and ban records, may need to be kept for legal or moderation reasons.

Children
The server is open to players of all ages. If you believe a child has provided us with information you would like removed, contact us and we will handle it.

EverForge Network is operated by Nathan Armstrong trading as EverForge Network. This is a sole trader business, not a limited company or incorporated business.
