Terms of Service

By connecting to everforge.minecraft.best, using this website or buying from the store you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the server or store.

If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian before making any purchase.

All players must follow the server rules. Breaking them may result in a warning, mute, kick or ban depending on severity.

Cheating, exploiting bugs, harassment, advertising other servers and attempting to disrupt the service are not permitted.

Everything sold in the store is a digital in-game benefit. Ranks, crate keys and other perks are a licence to use a cosmetic or convenience feature while the server is running. They are not physical goods and you do not own any part of the server.

Purchases are tied to the Minecraft username entered at checkout. Enter it carefully, because rewards are delivered to that exact account.

Perks may be changed, rebalanced or retired as the server develops. We aim to give notice of meaningful changes in Discord.

Buying from the store does not exempt anyone from the rules. If an account is banned for breaking the rules, any purchased perks on that account are forfeited and are not refunded.

We work hard to keep the server stable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, world resets of resource worlds and occasional downtime are a normal part of running a Minecraft server.

Builds, chat messages and other content you create on the server may be stored, moderated and displayed by EverForge Network for the running of the service.

These terms may be updated as the server changes. The date at the top of this page shows the last review. Significant changes will be announced in Discord.

The store is operated personally by me as a sole trader, trading under the business name EverForge Network.

EverForge Network is operated by Nathan Armstrong trading as EverForge Network. This is a sole trader business, not a limited company or incorporated business.
