Server Rules

The rules that keep EverForge fair and friendly. Please read them before you join the server.

Tier 1 Offences

  1. Chat Spam
    Flooding chat with repeated messages.
  2. Character Spam
    Repeating characters or symbols excessively.
  3. Command Spam
    Spamming commands in chat.
  4. Illegal Links
    Posting links that are not allowed on the server.

Tier 2 Offences

  1. Staff Impersonation
    Pretending to be a staff member.
  2. Griefing
    Destroying or damaging other players' builds.
  3. Scamming
    Deceiving players in trades or deals.
  4. Hate Speech / Racism
    Discriminatory language of any kind.
  5. Toxicity / Harassment
    Insults, bullying or targeting players.

Tier 3 Offences

  1. X-raying / Illegal Modifications
    Using mods or clients that give an unfair advantage. Macros fall under illegal modifications.
  2. TNT Dupers / Orbital Strike Cannons
    Building or using TNT duping machines or orbital strike cannons.
  3. Raid Farms
    Building or using raid farms.
  4. Lava Casting / Cobble Monsters
    Creating lava casts or cobblestone monsters.
  5. Chunk Loaders
    Using chunk loaders.

Tier 4 Offences

  1. Death Threats
    Threatening harm to any person.
  2. Suicide Encouragement
    Encouraging self-harm in any way.
  3. Advertising
    Advertising other servers or services.
  4. Duping / Exploiting
    Abusing duplication glitches or exploits.

Tier 5 Offences

  1. Lag Machines
    Building machines intended to lag the server.
  2. DDoS & DoS Attacks
    Attacking or attempting to attack the server or its players.
  3. Doxxing
    Sharing anyone's private information.

EverForge Punishment Policy

While we hope punishments are rarely needed, the following guidelines explain what actions are taken if rules are broken. Each offence tier has its own punishment ladder.

Tier 1 Punishments

  • Chat Spam, Character Spam, Command Spam, Illegal Links

    Examples: After the 4th offence the punishments will double.

    Punishments: Verbal Warning ➔ 1h Mute ➔ 3h Mute ➔ 6h Mute

Tier 2 Punishments

  • Staff Impersonation, Griefing, Scamming, Hate Speech/Racism, Toxicity/Harassment

    Examples: After the 4th offence it will be a 3 month ban, then a permanent ban.

    Punishments: 3 Day Ban ➔ 7 Day Ban ➔ 14 Day Ban ➔ 30 Day Ban

Tier 3 Punishments

  • X-raying/Illegal Modifications, TNT Dupers/Orbital Strike Cannons, Raid Farms, Lava Casting/Cobble Monsters, Chunk Loaders

    Examples: After the 4th offence it will be a blacklist.

    Punishments: 14 Day Ban ➔ 30 Day Ban ➔ 3 Month Ban ➔ Permanent Ban

Tier 4 Punishments

  • Death Threats, Suicide Encouragement, Advertising, Duping/Exploiting

    Examples: After the 4th offence it is a blacklist that you can no longer appeal.

    Punishments: 30 Day Ban ➔ 3 Month Ban ➔ Permanent Ban ➔ Blacklist

Tier 5 Punishments

  • Lag Machines, DDoS & DoS Attacks, Doxxing

    Examples: After the 2nd offence you cannot appeal the blacklist.

    Punishments: Permanent Ban ➔ Blacklist

PVP Rules

  • Combat Logging, Un-wanted PVP, PVP Macros

    Examples: After the 4th offence the punishment will be doubled. Macros used for PVP carry a minimum 14 day ban.

    Punishments: 3h Ban ➔ 6h Ban ➔ 12h Ban ➔ 24h Ban

Voice Chat Rules

  • VC/Mic Spam, Excessive Screaming/Yelling, Music/Disruptive Audios

    Examples: After the 4th offence it doubles. Inappropriate audios and hate speech/racism is a 7 day mute.

    Punishments: 1h Mute ➔ 3h Mute ➔ 12h Mute ➔ 24h Mute

Town/Land Rules

  • Town Insiding / Griefing

    Do not betray, grief or steal from your own town.

  • Illegally Kicking Members

    Do not kick town members unfairly to take their items or claims.

  • Illegal Claims

    Do not abuse land claims to block, trap or harass others.

Town/Land rule punishments: 3 Day Ban ➔ 7 Day Ban ➔ 14 Day Ban ➔ 30 Day Ban. After the 4th offence it doubles the duration of the last.

Rule Disclaimers

Rule disclaimers every player should know:

  • Management reserves the right to adjust any punishment duration on a case by case basis.
  • Punishment evasion will result in a punishment duration of double the original duration.
  • Macros fall under illegal modifications.
  • If you are uncertain if something is allowed or not, please ask.
