Ranks, keys and perks usually arrive within a minute. You will see a message in chat when they land.
Rewards not arrived after a few minutes? Rejoin the server first, then open a ticket in Discord with your username and the email you paid with.
Purchases and support
Rewards are delivered in game automatically once payment completes. Prices are shown in the currency selected at the top of the page.
Local payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Giropay, Klarna and Sofort appear automatically based on the payer's country and currency. You may be redirected to your bank or payment app to approve the transaction, then sent back here once it is complete.
