Refund Policy

Ranks and crate keys are delivered to your Minecraft account automatically, usually within a minute of payment. Because the item is supplied straight away, purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered.

We will put things right if something goes wrong on our side, including:

• you paid but the reward never arrived and we cannot deliver it
• you were charged twice for the same order
• the item you received was not the item advertised

In most cases we will re-deliver the item first. If that is not possible, we will refund the payment to the original payment method.

• you changed your mind after the item was delivered
• you entered the wrong Minecraft username (contact us, we will try to move it)
• your account was banned for breaking the rules
• a perk was later changed, rebalanced or retired
• you no longer play on the server

Contact us within 14 days of the purchase with your Minecraft username, the item bought and your email receipt. The quickest route is our Discord server, or use the contact details below.

Please talk to us before opening a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks on delivered digital items result in a permanent ban from the server and the removal of all purchased perks on that account.

The store is operated personally by me as a sole trader, trading under the business name EverForge Network.

EverForge Network is operated by Nathan Armstrong trading as EverForge Network. This is a sole trader business, not a limited company or incorporated business.
